Healthcare Recruiter - Sourcing Specialist Lead (Hybrid)

As the Lead Sourcing Specialist, you will apply your talent acquisition experience to support a team and strategy serving over 80 hospitals in 16 states.
What you will do:
- Work closely with the Healthcare Recruiters to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top talent.
- Execute recruitment sourcing strategies to ensure a constant flow of high-quality leads/candidates into key pipelines and requisitions.
- Oversee and perform advanced sourcing through various mediums, including internal and external database mining, networking, associations, universities, community agencies, social media, referrals, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories, and other innovative sourcing methods.
- Conduct cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult, and visible positions.
- Make recommendations to Recruiters and hiring manager(s) on the submission of qualified candidates.
- Continually evaluate sourcing strategies. Stays well-informed on current and emerging technologies to proactively identify new tools for identifying qualified talent.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System including but not limited to: job posting content, applicant tracking and response, and other required data.
- Communicate the status of searches with the Talent Acquisition Team on a consistent and timely basis.
- Develop, maintain and nurture a network and database of potential candidates for future consideration, including a pipeline of passive candidates.
- Positively presents, explains, and answers team member and recruiter questions regarding systems, operations, best practices, policies and procedures.
- Reports to and assists the Sr Director of Talent Acquisition in leading/managing performance and motivating the team to achieve and ideally exceed hiring/retention targets.
