Job Responsibilities:
Prepare charges, processes insurance claims, patient statements, A/R follow up ,and collections . Ensure information is being processed timely and accurately. Ensure all outstanding claims are timely. Contact appropriate insurance carriers and patients to collect payment or resolve outstanding claims. Post reimbursements timley. Review open accounts for collectible efforts. Answers incoming calls and questions regarding accounts and /or reimbursement. *This listing is not to be construed as all-inclusive. Minimum Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years prior healthcare / dental billing and / or coding experience preferred .

Knowledge and Skills preferred: ICD-10, Work independently and with peers.
Ability to use a computer for e-mail, data inquiry, and data entry.
Ability to create and utilize basic and complex spreadsheets to record and report data.
Detail oriented, impeccable follow-up, focus oriented, and multi tasking skills.
Proficiency in MS 365 programs( TEAMS,Outlook, Word, Excel), 10-Key profcient, and healthcare / dental billing software systems (EPIC preferred)
