• Maintain a current awareness of the open positions for field staff in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor, Operations Manager and scheduling department. Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers
• Demonstrate an ability to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions
• Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promote harmonious interpersonal relationships
• Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned
• Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters
• Follow and promote the Compliance Plan
• Establish community involvement which would promote recruiting goals
• Achieve recruiting goals as set up monthly
• Maintain a working relationship with candidates after the hire process and communicate any challenges or need for process changes to the hiring managers
• Monitor all recruiting sources daily
• Perform all other job tasks as assigned

• College degree, preferred
• Healthcare experience, preferred
• 1+ years of experience with scheduling/staffing
• Home care experience is a plus
