- Maintain a current awareness of the open positions for field staff in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor, Operations Manager and scheduling department. Establish recruiting requirements by meeting with managers
- Demonstrate an ability to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions
- Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promote harmonious interpersonal relationships
- Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned
- Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters
- Follow and promote the Compliance Plan
- Establish community involvement which would promote recruiting goals
- Achieve recruiting goals as set up monthly
- Maintain a working relationship with candidates after the hire process and communicate any challenges or need for process changes to the hiring managers
- Monitor all recruiting sources daily
- Perform all other job tasks as assigned
- College degree, preferred
- Healthcare experience, preferred
- 1+ years of experience with scheduling/staffing
- Home care experience is a plus
