Job description

We're looking for a skilled Site Development Heavy Equipment Operator Foreman with a minimum of 5 years experience. Must have a valid drivers license. Tremendous opportunity for growth. Excellent pay and customized benefits for the right canidate. Family owned.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Efficiently and Safely operating all types of heavy equipment including Excavators, Dozers, Haul Trucks, Skid Steers, Lifts, Material Handlers, etc.
• Ability to load/unload equipment onto a trailer and relocate equipment to different job sites via company truck and trailer
• Coordinating oversized equipment hauling
• Oversee daily construction site activities including materials, schedules, progress and quality control.
• Underground utility coordination
• Must have experience in site grading and equipment mounted GPS systems
• Experience with managing small teams
• General labor duties as well as Foreman responsibilities
• Communicate or lead co-workers to communicate any equipment maintenance needs immediately
• Must be able to read construction Blueprints
• Ability to communicate the blueprints to co-workers and oversee the direction of the site with accuracy.
• Must have a high level of attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including listening
• Maintain a professional attitude with owners, inspectors, the public and co-workers
• Conduct daily on-site inspections to maintain accuracy
• Maintain a safe working enviroment
• Detailed communication about on site progress to the owners
• Ability to think ahead and help co-workers prepare for the next day

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
