Job Description

Probst Electric is looking for a Heavy Haul driver to help support the construction of a high-voltage powerline project in North-West Colorado.

Travel is required - For those traveling, per diem will be provided.

Tasks:

• Daily inspection of the vehicle
• Maintain a log of working hours or of vehicle service or repair status, following applicable state and federal regulations.
• General mechanical skills.
• Operate roll-off trucks, 10-wheelers, end dumps, transport truck with a lowboy, etc
• Performing daily pre/post-trip inspections with appropriate documentation, loading and unloading equipment and material at various job sites, transporting equipment, etc
• Safety move equipment around the valley

Requirements

• Class B CDL required (Class A preferred)
• Tanker & Hazmat Endorsement Required
• Valid DOT Medical Certification
• Travel required for continued employment
• Pass pre-employment and regular drug screenings
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Compliance with FMCSA, OSHA, and other Federal, State, and local safety regulations
• Experience operating a commercial vehicle
