Job description
As the primary contact for Safeway customers, the Helper Clerk provides friendly, courteous, and helpful service. The Helper Clerk has a number of responsibilities inside and outside the store area. The Helper Clerk will stock and face product and creates end displays. Bags and carries out groceries for customers as needed. Cleans areas within the store. Ties up empty egg and milk crates. Assists customers with finding items in store. The Helper Clerk may be assigned to any department in the store or assist in many departments. May bring freight from the storage area to be stocked and rotated.
