Max Autosports is currently expanding our Sales department thanks to rapid growth from our loyal client base. We do it right, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager that can exceed goals. We are looking for individuals who have a positive attitude, want to work in a great atmosphere, and want to get paid great!!

Job Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience as automotive sales manager
  • Previous experience in communicating with dealership principals, owners, and managers
  • A proven track record in the automotive market reflecting high CSI is a must
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statements, are requirements for success
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Recruit, train, manage, and direct Sales Representatives
  • Assist the sales managers in setting realistic monthly goals for the Sales Team
  • Explain the policies and procedures of the dealership to sales employees, follow up with employees to verify their understanding and compliance
  • Promote an enthusiastic attitude to build positive employee attitudes and morale
  • Monitor the performance of sales employees and provide constructive feedback to aid in the sales success of each team member
  • Set an example of professionalism through daily actions and appearance
  • Meet and greet guests at the door, help them to the right person or department or with a New/Used Car.
  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure that the dealership provides an exceptional experience to every client.
  • You will have thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  • Assist your clients in vehicle selection, test drives, technology and more.
  • We will teach you how to maintain an ongoing client database to capture repeat business.
  • Work with your sales team to establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devises a strategy to meet those goals.
  • Maintains a clean professional appearance.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
  • Authorized to work in the USA and have a valid driver’s license.
  • Pass pre-employment tests including background checks, MVR, drug test, and credit report.
