Overview:
HIGH SPRINGS, FL (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED) - First-time parents are seeking a FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY for their Newborn son, born on 4/26/23. Duties full care of the infant, child’s laundry, and feeding the baby. There are no need for household duties and no need to drive with the baby at this stage. Mom and Dad both work from home full-time and are hands-on parents. It is important to note that the grandfather lives in the home with the family.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm. There is a 3-year-old Golden doodle in the home. The candidate does not need to care for the dog, however, they need to be comfortable with the dog being around themselves and the baby.

The perfect candidate is honest, kind, has infant experience, and is comfortable helping Mom care for the son. Dad travels occasionally for work and the nanny will need to be a second set of hands to help Mom during the day. The family has a large home on 5 acres and while both parents work from home, the baby will essentially have his own area of the home.

Standard infant vaccines are required; tdap and MMR. No preference for Covid vaccination at this time. Willing to negotiate relocation for the right candidate. Benefits include 10 days PTO + 5 sick days. Start date is June 1st. Pay is $25-30/hr.

Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree | AA in related field of study

CPR/First Aid Certification (renew as needed)

Ability to make a one-year commitment unless applying for a temporary position

A passion for working with children

Two+ years childcare experience

Excellent work and personal references

U.S. driver's license (this does not apply to NYC residents)

Complete Stop the Silence Training upon Membership

Fluent in English/Bilingual a plus

Competent swimmer

Non-smoker

Willing to go through extensive Background Check

Must be Live-Scanned and registered with Trustline if CA resident

Willingness to show proof of immunizations

No-cell phone driving signed guarantee

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
