Seeking a Specialist, and a Foreman for interior/exterior repairs to residential/commercial properties to add to our growing team.

HLC Property Management is looking for experienced individuals proficient in both interior and exterior repairs, and remodeling. Jobs vary in size, with the bulk being one to two day repairs. At times we take on larger renovations that can take several months to complete. We are seeking an individuals who can work in a timely manner and complete the job right the first time. We take on jobs ranging from exterior vinyl siding, door and window repair, chimney and roof repairs, to interior work including drywall, appliance repair and install, flooring and painting. Applicants for foreman position must have a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills.

Job Requirements;

• have 5 - 10+ years of experience.
• own a standard set of tools to perform all of their skills/trades.
• take pride in their work and deliver consistent results.
• are able to communicate in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers.
• have a valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record (no DUIs or license suspensions).
• pass a background check and drug test before their hired.

Carpenter, Handyman and Construction Skills Requirements:

• Carpentry
• Drywall and painting repairs
• Interior door and trim installation
• Tile installation and repair
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
• Minor electrical repairs
• Window and Exterior door replacements
• Cabinet installation
• Exterior siding and roofing repairs
• Minor framing repairs
• Small masonry repairs
• roofing repair, metal and shingle
• Estimating is a plus
