Job Description: Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking for a fulfilling career in healthcare? Our home health agency is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Home Health Aide to provide quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Home Health Aide, you'll assist clients with activities of daily living, provide emotional support, and help them maintain their independence and dignity. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and make a real difference in their lives every day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Administer medication reminders as directed by the client's healthcare provider
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry and cleaning
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure quality care
• Keep accurate records of client care and progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred
• Experience working in a home health setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
