**IMMEDIATE NEED** We are looking for a Registered Nurse to come work for BrightStar Care of Chico, a local Home Health Agency that believes in serving with passion and doing the right thing. **NO OASIS:)** This position is part time 3 days per week. Flexible on workdays. The successful registered nurse candidate will be responsible for conducting patient admissions and reassessment visits in patients place of residence. Possibility of other visits ie wound care, medication box refills. We are looking to add enthusiastic registered nurses to join our independently owned and operated agency and see why we are described as “caring, compassionate, and cheerful”.

Responsibilities
- A wide variety of duties
- Assessments, Recertification's, Creating personalized plans of care
- Perform care as defined by client’s individual Plan of Care and within scope of state’s nurse practice act
- Monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes
- Provide those services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal laws
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
Requirements
- Current unrestricted California RN license.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program.
- Minimum 1 years' experience as a Registered Nurse (prefer Home Health Experience)
- Have negative TB result within the last year.
- Reliable transportation, current Drivers license and auto insurance
- Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
- Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
