Home Instead Supervisor at Harding Place

We are looking for an individual with a heart to serve and ensure quality care for aging adults within our community. This role requires organization and time management to ensure that the Harding Place Desk is properly staffed, Care Professionals are properly onboard and held accountable to policy and procedures, client and care professional satisfaction is assessed and addressed for retention, and areas for growth in training, efficiency, and hours are addressed. This position is designed for an individual with non-medical care experience and willing to provide support which includes but is not limited to companionship, personal care, medication reminders, and escorts. The location of the position is in Searcy, AR.

Primary Duties:
•
Manage the desk as well as manage the one-on-one care professionals located in Harding Place.

•
Maintain/Update schedules for Harding clients

•
Manage the employees who work at the desk being mindful of overtime.

•
Monitor that the Care Professional and Client calls are answered in a timely manner.

•
Establish/Maintain a positive working relationship with the Harding Place Staff.

•
Meet with potential clients and family members inside Harding Place to discuss their needs and provide solutions in the form of a service plan and increase service hours as needed. Conduct QA visits/calls each week.

Education/Experience Requirements:
•
Supervisory Experience is a Must

•
Some college preferred

•
One year's experience in home care, health care or senior-related industry require

•
Must possess a valid driver's license
