The Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of clients who are hot leads and interested in booking an appointment at our new home sales site.
• Educate, strategize, and successfully sell the dream over the phone (Manufactured Homes, Tiny Homes, Modular Homes) through a high volume of outbound sales calls. Must have excellent communication and energy while on the phone to attract customers through the door.
• Become an expert in Titan's advertising solutions, and adapt home solution recommendations quickly to suit our customer's needs - asking probing questions and overcoming customer objections and rejection will be critical to your success.
• Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals- strong work ethic and tenacity are key! This will be getting our customers over the phone to book an appointment with our sales centers.
• Must be organized, self-motivated and manage your time effectively in order to complete your daily goals- you know that sales is a numbers game and you're here to win.

• Must be a highly motivated individual in person and especially on the phone
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Creativity to drive in new customers
• Ability to make 60+ calls per day
• Willingness to learn and adapt to always changing scripts and procedures
• Punctual
• Ability to work every Saturday
• Must work in office
