Full-time equivalent, part-time, and per diem nursing positions are immediately available in a variety of capacities:

License:

  • Current and valid state License

Certificates:

  • Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Current ACLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience of Home Visits / Bed Side Care

Pay Rate:

RN:

  • $52 Weekdays
  • $53 Weekends

LVN:

  • $29 Weekdays
  • $30 Weekends

PT’S:

  • $53 Weekdays
  • $54 Weekends

CNA’S:

  • $24 Weekdays
  • $25 Weekends

RN Responsibilities:

A Home Health RN, is responsible for traveling to a patient's home to administer their services and helping patients maintain their independence. Their duties include administering at-home IVs, changing dressings, cleaning wounds and updating Doctors about their patient's health

Duties :

  • Assess and chart observations of the patient’s condition at each visit.
  • Complete evaluation tasks, including reviewing medication and vital signs.
  • Administer Physician-prescribed medication.
  • Dress or redress wounds and assess the healing progress.
  • Provide education to patients and families on proper home health care procedures and strategies.
  • Coordinate with Physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists and other individuals in the patient’s care plan.
  • Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.
  • Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.

LVN Responsibilities:

A Licensed Vocational Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse, is responsible for providing a supportive role to medical professionals to administer patient care. Their duties include taking a patient’s vital signs, including heart rate or blood pressure, assisting Physicians and Nurses throughout examinations by recording a patient’s health information and administering vaccinations or taking blood samples as instructed by Physicians or Nurses.

Duties

  • Recording and updating patient histories
  • Discussing health care issues and concerns
  • Providing assistance with therapies
  • Drawing blood for testing
  • Acting as a point of contact for a patient

PT Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of a physical therapist include Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan. Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques. Providing stimulation or massage to promote healing. Assisting patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers.

Duties:

  • Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms
  • Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan
  • Teaching patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniques
  • Providing stimulation or massage to promote healing
  • Assisting patients with the use of equipment such as wheelchairs or walkers
  • Maintaining patient records and keeping track of goals and progress
  • Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises

CNA Responsibilities:

A certified nursing assistant helps patients with direct health care needs, often under the supervision of a nurse. Certified nursing assistants may also be called a nursing assistant, a nurse’s aid, or a patient care assistant. CNAs work directly with patients andnurses, helping with the many physical and complex tasks for patient care.

Duties:

  • Turning or moving patients
  • Gathering medical supplies
  • Bathing patients
  • Grooming patients by brushing their hair, teeth, shaving them, etc.
  • Feeding patients and documenting their food and liquid intake
  • Checking vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate
  • Answering patient calls
  • Documenting information
  • Cleaning rooms and bed linens
  • Stocking supplies
  • Assisting with some medical procedures
  • Safety procedures
  • Transporting patients
  • Taking care of wounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $52.00 per hour
