Cascade Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to function as a member of the Hospice House care team, providing direct skilled nursing care to Hospice House patients and serves as the contact to the Hospice home care team. Participates in evening on call responsibilities, the orientation of new employees, and may attend weekly Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings. This position requires proof of full COVID-19 vaccination at time of offer.

Current licensure in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse, valid CPR card, and food handlers permit. Two years recent (within the last five years) acute care experience, or one year (within the last three years) critical care or oncology experience. Two years Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.
