Responsibilities:
Establish new accounts and proactively pursue leads to develop new business.
Conduct tours of the property; entertain qualified potential clients in accordance with property policies and procedures.
Monitor booking space to maximize use of all available space to generate food and beverage revenues.
Work closely with clients from initial contact through completion of the event. Process and collect payments, review, and select menus and confirm all event details.
Through banquet event orders, provide accurate and concise information to all departments regarding event needs.
Assist team in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
