Dress Code

• A clean Alley Restaurant polo shirt (Will be provided).
• Clean solid dark slacks.
• Covered, Non-Slip, Non Skid shoes with socks.
• Hair must be neat and clean. Long hair must be tied back.
• No excessive make-up, jewelry, perfumes or colognes.

Job Summary

• All Employees are to report to work on time and in full uniform; prepared to work when they clock in.
• The number of Hosts/Bussers working at any given time will depend on the volume of business.
• Guest interaction is an important part of the Hosts/Bussers job. Hosts/Bussers must be professional and answer guest inquiries as needed.
• Be polite and personable.
• Be prepared to answer questions about the restaurant.
• Be prepared to assist guests with miscellaneous duties like refilling glasses and providing napkins.

Miscellaneous duties including cleaning and clearing tables, and other additional tasks. May vary day to day.
