Shephard's Beach Resort on beautiful Clearwater Beach is now hiring Hosts for Tiki Beach Grill and Ocean Flame Restaurant. Candidates will also be cross-trained to be a Cashier in the Grab-n-Go/Gift Shop. If you like to work in an ever changing environment this job is for you!

We are looking for responsible individuals with a friendly, upbeat personality to join our team. Must be dependable with reliable transportation. Previous experience is preferred.

Host job duties include:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Managing a waitlist
• Communicate with servers and bussers
• Assist in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for guests
• Cash handling

Cashier in Grab-n-Go duties include:

• Greeting and assisting guests with purchases
• Prepare simple coffee drinks
• Maintaining stock on shelves
• Cash handling

Physical Requirements include: extended periods of time on your feet, including frequent walking and standing, carrying/lifting/pushing/pulling of up to 30 pounds, unassisted, and some bending and squatting.

Free employee parking on-site.
