The Host/Hostess will ensure all guests are greeted when entering the restaurant, and also exit greeting when they leave the restaurant, always make the guest feel welcome. ·Host/Hostess will make sure proper server rotation as to not double or triple seat a server. The host will make sure all guests are seated in a timely manner. The host must use and understand how to use the waitlist tablet, and how to quote proper wait times. Host will ensure
that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous
service at all times throughout their dining experience.
