Job description
We are looking for an outgoing, self motivated team member who can deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the phone. Must be able to multi task and problem solve. FOSSE experience a plus but will train the right candidate. Job duties include checking guests in and out, reservations over the phone, taking sales leads, assisting guests through out their stay, as well as light cleaning around the front desk/lobby area. This is a high contact guest position so customer interactions are vital to the success of the front desk team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
