We are currently seeking an energetic and self-motivated Full Time Guest Service Agent to join our team.
Primary job responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times.
* Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner.
* Registering guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.
* Handling of money, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit; post all charges; completes cashier's report, prepares deposit.
* Ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Job Requirements
Education/Experience:
* High School diploma or equivalent.
* Prior hotel experience in Front Desk is preferred.
* Knowledge of FOSSE is preferred.
Skills:
* Reliable, honest, dependable.
* Excellent customer service skills, enthusiastic, out-going personality and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to operate personal computer and calculator.
* Ability to compile facts and figures.
* Ability to multitask.
* Telephone and guest relations etiquette.
* Basic knowledge of accounting operations and mathematical skills
Working Conditions:
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
