CLEANING SCHEDULE: Checkout Guestroom Duties

1. Remove all linens to a collection point.

2. Replace all linens with clean linens.

3. Make all beds.

4. Dust all horizontal and vertical surfaces.

5. Spot clean inside of all windows.

6. Clean and dust all lamps.

7. Clean inside and outside of all desks and nightstands. Replace proper advertising literature and bible.

8. Accomplish all high and low dusting to include corners and air vents.

9. Clean inside of all drawers in ‘check-out’ status rooms.

10. Empty trash receptacles and sanitize using a disinfectant.

11. Spot clean walls, paying attention to areas around switch plates.

12. Clean and disinfect telephones.

13. Detail vacuum all carpeted areas.

14. Spot clean carpet if needed.

II. Checkout Bathroom Duties

1. Remove all towels to a collection point.

2. Replace all towels with clean towels.

3. Stock tissue, soap, shampoo and facial tissues.

4. Empty trash receptacles and wipe with disinfectant.

5. Clean and polish chrome, brass and stainless steel fixtures.

6. Clean and polish toilets inside and out. Polish bright work.

7. Clean and disinfect hard surface floors.

8. Clean shower/bathtubs with an approved cleaner.

9. Replace all toiletries, literature and amenities.

III. Stayover Guestroom Duties

1. Make all beds (Do Not Change Linen).

2. Empty trash receptacles.

3. Spot vacuum as needed.

IV. Stayover Bathroom Duties

1. Replace all towels with clean towels if needed.

2. Stock tissue, soap, shampoo and facial tissues if needed.

3. Empty trash receptacles.

4. Clean and polish chrome, brass and stainless steel.

5. Clean and polish toilets inside and out.

6. Spot clean hard surface floors.

7. Replace all toiletries, literature and amenities if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Orangeburg, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
