We are currently seeking an energetic and self-motivated Full Time, and Part Time, Night Auditor to join our team.

Primary job responsibilities include:

*Maintaining and promoting hospitality at all times

*Welcoming and serving guests in a courteous, efficient and friendly manner.

*Registering guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.

*Handling of money, receipts, guest accounts and other forms of credit; post all charges; completes cashier's report, prepares deposit.

*Ensure accuracy and verify proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Education/Experience:

*High School diploma or equivalent.

*Prior hotel experience in Front Desk is Required.

*Knowledge of FOSSE is preferred

Skills:

*Reliable, honest, dependable.

*Excellent customer service skills, enthusiastic, out-going personality and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to operate personal computer and calculator.

*Ability to compile facts and figures.

*Ability to multitask.

*Telephone and guest relations etiquette.

*Basic knowledge of accounting operations and mathematical skills

Working Conditions:* Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
