Join our team at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Punta Gorda, Florida!

We are looking for a Part Time Night Auditor, 2 days a week, Saturdays and Sundays to deliver exceptional guest service. Outstanding customer service skills and a positive personality are a must! The ability to multi-task and problem-solve are essential qualities of a successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Checking guests in and out with a positive attitude and a smile.
• Making reservations through property management system.
• Assisting guests with all requests.
• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents for property according to cash handling policy and procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, or auditing reports.
• Audit and reconcile revenue postings.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
• Comply with Quality Assurance expectations and standards.
• Ensure uniform & personal appearance are clean and professional.

Qualifications:

• Opera & IHG experience is a plus, but not required
• Hotel front desk experience not required, but preferred
• Stand and walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
• Move, lift, and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
• Capable on solving problems in a timely manner
• Speak clearly and professionally with others, answering calls
• Must be well organized and able to multitask efficiently
• Must have good computer skills
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
