Hotel >> Night Auditor -- part time or full time
** may work additional shifts as Front Desk agent to have a full time position

** Previous hotel night auditor / Opera experience a big plus but not required. Training will be provided.
** Hours for night audit: 11 pm - 7 am. Exact days to be determined
The Holiday Inn Express & Suites South Provo-Springville is currently seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Night Auditor. If you are looking for additional hours, other positions may be available to supplement the night auditor hours. The work environment is fun, challenging, and extremely rewarding for the ideal candidate.
This position is responsible:
For the 100% satisfaction of our guests at check-in; check-out and fulfilling their requests during their stay
Our successful colleague performs all check-in and-out procedures, assigns and disburses room keys, informs guests about hotel services and the city, answers telephones promptly as needed, posts charges, handles and balances cash and credit card transactions daily in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Responds to guest requests promptly; promotes hotel services, facilities and outlets; provides guests with information such as local attractions and directions to increase satisfaction
For ensuring efficiency, accuracy, quality, consistency, cleanliness, and excellent customer service to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing assigned duties
Responsible for accurately calculating and verifying room revenues, sundry, snack, and beverage sales and income
Performing front desk, switchboard and reservations activities during the shift to the quality standards set by the property and at the same time meeting all efficiency goals
Ensures exceptional guest service through communication and follow-up with both colleagues and guests
Job Requirements:
Prefer 2+ years of Front Desk experience in a branded, quality hotel preferred
Prior experience working on Opera property management system a plus would be ideal
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task comfortably. Must be engaging, like people and capably handle many details.
