We combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise to help you flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semiprivate environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Their mission will be to develop and maintain the overall success of HOTWORX® through effective management strategies, marketing tactics, consultative sales skills, and superior customer service to meet and exceed the performance goals.

Our Assistant Studio Manager should be successful to:

• Show up on-time daily with a laser-focused enthusiastic mindset!
• Lead the staff and overall membership experience for our clients through operational excellence.
• Deliver a premier and motivating customer service experience that allows the growth of studio memberships, front end sales!
• Motivate the HOTWORX team to excel at personal sales goals, marketing initiatives and all weekly and monthly KPI’s. We want your creativity!
• Drive the HOTWORX brand and services via community outreach, social media (knowledge and fluency expected), B2B, phone, text, emails.
• Master and utilize company software and platforms for CRM, campaigns, and POS systems for membership sale, billing and collections
• Report sales trends and prospecting efforts to HOTWORX team and General Manager/Owner daily.
• Maintain the studio and equipment in pristine condition to ensure superior customer service and sanitation expectations are exceeded
• Completion of all HOTWORX required training and certification.

Basic Requirements:

• College Degree or Associates Degree (Desired)
• Management experience (1-2 years preferred)
• Sales/Customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
• Fitness experience (desired)
