Help introduce and grow this innovative fitness studio concept, the first ever implementation of 3 dimensional training. We combine heat, infrared energy, and isometric postures to help you flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to Hot Cycle, Hot Buns and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment, suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

Mission: To provide superior customer service, drive traffic into the location, continually increase the membership base and focus on the retention of current members.

General Responsibilities

• Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members and superior customer service to keep long term members.
• Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community including doing outreach to prospective members, via social media, phone, text, email, B2B and talking with prospects at local events.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals and motivate other team members to meet their personal sales goals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, friendly demeanor and superior experience
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, outreach and networking opportunities)
• Build productive trust relationships with customers and go the extra mile to drive sales

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Proficiency in English
• Basic Math skills
• Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Track record of over-achieving sales quota
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Availability to work flexible shifts
• Candidates should lead a healthy lifestyle, have an affinity and passion for fitness and well-being, and want to help others achieve a healthier lifestyle/well-being

Associates In Studio Work Hours: Hours vary week to week. Studio staffed hours are:

Monday-Thursday 11am-8pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 11am-4pm

There will often be promotional events outside the studio. Full time and part time positions currently available.
