Oceanic Enterprises is a private property management firm based in San Diego, California.

We are looking for a qualified person with a great attitude, who enjoys being part of a team to join us at Art Hotel in Laguna Beach, CA.

The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for performing a variety of customer-focused housekeeping duties to facilitate a positive experience for the guest.

  • This position is a liaison between the guest and the hotel.
  • Adheres to strict COVID-19 protocols at all times.
  • Ensures clean, orderly, attractive rooms, amenities, common areas & offices.
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
  • Performs Washing, Drying, Folding, and Sorting of Hotel Linens.
  • Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
  • Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
  • Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
