HOUSEKEEPER / BUFFET ATTENDANT / FRONT DESK AGENT: This position will be required to learn multiple tasks; Room Attendant, House Attendant, Buffet Attendant, & Front Desk Agent. We find cross-training to be essential to further educate the team in learning various areas of the hotel. Room Attendants / House Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining all aspects of the hotel and grounds; this includes guest rooms. Front Desk Agents are responsible for the hotel's switchboard and property management system. They assist with the arrival and departure process of all hotel guests; as well as the overall liaison in delivering guest service excellence. Buffet Attendants will be responsible for cleaning, preparing, and servicing our breakfast buffet area as well as our evening social events on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays. Applicants must be energetic, detail-oriented, flexible with their availability, and trustworthy. You will have many interactions with hotel guests and must be professional and responsive to their needs. F/T positions currently available. F/T associates are eligible for health benefits.
