The Opportunity
Pay rates range from $15.00 - $20.00 / hr depending on skills and experience.
Minimum pay rate: $15.00 / hour

Responsibilities
- Respond to Team Members requests and needs; take the appropriate action in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and distribute the linen and room supplies at the property.
- Clean restrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, and other communal areas.
- Inspect the facilities and grounds at the property; ensure all areas are clean and sanitized.
- Ensure compliance with Employee Housing Guidelines.
- Support the associate transportation shuffle service when required.
- All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to transport associates, when required.
- Previous housing, cleaning, or relevant experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Constant sitting, lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Exposed to outdoors and variable temperatures, including extreme hot and cold, depending on the season.
- Exposed to fumes from delivery trucks and other equipment.
