Job Details for the HR Generalist:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm onsite
- Pay Rate: $75,000 annually
Job Responsibilities & Description for the HR Generalist:
- Manage all aspects of our employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a positive experience from their first day on the job.
- Maintain accurate records in our HRIS system and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations issues and investigations as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and HR team members to support company-wide initiatives.
Job Requirements for the HR Generalist:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits administration and onboarding
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration
