About the role:

As an HR Generalist for our AFC locations, West Region, you are responsible for the day-to-day operations of multi-site that may require overnight visits in a geographical region and serve as a liaison and partner to Corporate HR located in Cincinnati, OH, on group projects and escalated EE issues. This role is also responsible for optimizing our current HR technology, ADP, Plans Source customized HR database, Trackstar, and Bonusly across our entire enterprise.

What you’ll be doing:

· Recruiting, onboarding, and introducing new hires to the AFC culture, establishing relationships with team members, and serving as a voice of customers.

· Partner with Ops to drive a culture of safety

· Familiarize with current HR systems and processes, buy flowcharting/ documenting current as-is processes, and working with the HR Team & Director to recommend and implement system usages and changes that are scalable and present a positive ROI, and enhance the HR experience

· Assist with various projects within the HR group of a fast-paced, growing organization.

· Be a part of a leadership team and to where all perspectives and ideas are welcomed and encouraged

What you need:

· HR Experience supporting a multi-location national organization, formalized education a plus. California SPHR, or HR experience highly valued

· Experience processing and integrating various HR systems (from an end-user, not necessarily from IT experience required, yet familiarity with the admin of HR software)

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and Teams skills (vlookup, pivot tables, macros, or the willingness and ability to learn) that results in completing information from multisource

· Project management ability that can drive a project from conception to completion.

· The ability to work with multivendor and hold them accountable for delivering on-time delivery

· A desire to learn, comfortable with some ambiguity, and able to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and think critically.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
