What you need for HR Generalist role:
- 5+ years experience as HR Generalist
- experience with benefits, regulations, compensation, HR Reporting
- understanding of FAA DOT Drug Program a plus!
- MS Office experience; Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- SPHR Certification
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
