Responsibilities

• Assist in Safety & Training Protocols and Certifications.
• Complete Benefit Administration including audits.
• Ensuring Workers' Comp Process is followed correctly.
• Regulatory compliance with HR/Safety Manager for various State & Federal Requirements.
• Provide backup to payroll processing (a minimum of 1 time per month)
• Additional payroll duties such as enrollments, claims, monthly payments, etc. as needed.
• Various other HR functions and projects as assigned by the HR & Safety Manager
