Job Responsibilities & Description for HR Generalist:
- Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations to team members and management.
- Assists employees with disability insurance claims and works with managers across the organization to ensure proper procedures are followed
- Assists with annual Open Enrollment activities
- Partners with management to communicate and interpret Human Resources policies, procedures, programs and laws for employees
Job Requirements for HR Generalist:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
- Three years of HR experience, including one year of employee relations and recruitment experience required.
- Retail, restaurant, quick service experience preferred
