HR Works is assisting its client, located approximately 25 minutes South of Rochester, NY, with its search for an HR Generalist.
This role has a competitive compensation and benefits package with a salary range of up to $90,000 and a strong 401k contribution.
This role is located primarily onsite, but a one-day-a-week hybrid model will be considered after an introductory period.
Summary:
The HR Generalist will play an integral part in a small and collaborative HR team, supporting approximately 150 employees. This position will support full HR administration in the areas of talent acquisition, HRIS Administration, and HR Compliance, and manages weekly, biweekly, and monthly payroll. Outside of standard generalist functions, this role plays an exciting role in leading, developing, and enhancing the company's employee recognition, engagement, and retention activities.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, with a minimum of five years of progressive HR experience, with strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and engagement.
- 3+ years of HRIS administration experience, ideally in ADP.
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience is preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is preferred.
