HRIS Analyst

The Company:

Our client is in the energy sector and located in the West Houston area. They are seeking to add a team member to their Human Resources Team. This company is seeking to hire a HRIS ANALYST to assist by leading the HR Team as an ADP Workforce Now Super-User.

This role is DIRECT-HIRE (permanent), it has a M-F only schedule, and it is HYBRID. Due to being direct-hire (permanent) this role does come with full benefits including potential for an annual bonus!

Annual pay for this role is $60K-$85K, depending on experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of ADP Workforce Now as an HRIS System. The ideal candidate will not hesitate to teach and train others on streamlining processes within ADP Workforce Now. The candidate must be comfortable teaching/training others as they will be the lead system administrator for ADP Workforce Now during their time as a contractor with this company. This candidate must be greatly organized and pay close attention to detail. Note this role is contract only.

The Expectations:

The HRIS Analyst will…

· Lead all system administration in ADP Workforce Now and related applications

· Conducts training, including developing procedures, guidelines, and documentation

· Provide analysis of business needs related to HRIS

· Provide recommendations for improvement in process, design, strategy and performance

· Ensures data integrity and security within HRIS

· Generates detailed reports of department analytics via HRIS.

· Perform system maintenance including testing, review, and implementation of any upgrades or patches

· Troubleshoot system problems through reporting, integrations, and more

· Audits and configures all related to HRIS to support system performance

The Experience & Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in HR or IT, PREFERRED

· 5+ years HRIS Experience, ADP Workforce Now, REQUIRED

The Benefits:

· Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

· Work environment is hybrid, both in-office and remote.

· Annual pay is $60K-$85K, depending on experience

· This role is a direct-hire(permanent) position!
