Job Description
At CHS, the Human Resources Information Systems Analyst researches, analyzes, designs and maintains human resources software in support of company Human Capital Management needs, human resources and payroll administration, and projects. Associates at this level have in-depth knowledge in specified disciplines. Will be considered the technical point of contact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain data integrity of the HCM system.
- Serves as liaison with information systems staff in resolving programming and related problems
- Assists testing and implementation of system upgrades or patches.
- Deliver analyses and insights to management in clear business terms and identify results that drive
action. - Monitor and improve the quality and accuracy of workforce data.
- Provides second tier customer support to our field customers.
- Assists teammates with projects including data collection/design & development
specifications/testing criteria/recommendations & implementations. - Manage system configuration changes as required.
- Accurately load mass uploads into HCM system.
- Maintain system security to Internal Audit expectations.
- Performs related tasks as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of one (1) year work experience as a human resources analyst, administrator, technician, information systems analyst or technician.
- UKG UltiPro experience required
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in HR function for multi-state and/or multiple facilities
- HR or payroll experience in a healthcare field
- Experience with using UltiPro strongly preferred
