Responsibilities:
As an HRIS Assistant with Hines, you will support Workday and other HR systems with general administrative support. This position will have a focus on confidentiality, data integrity, and special projects (as assigned). Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality
  • Answer phones/email, forward accurate and detailed messages and, assist employees/Managers with personnel transaction questions
  • Manage department invoicing and payments
  • Manage shared email box and Help desks tickets for HR and Benefit inquires
  • Workday transaction administration
  • Unemployment Verification and Verification of Employment – verbal and written
  • Conduct review and first-line audits of Workday data to preserve its integrity and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain self-service documents.
  • Create and maintain Workday structure.
  • May generate confidential files and reports.
  • Maintain department supply and technology inventory.
  • Complete special projects to support assigned area.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
  • One or more years' professional experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and customer service orientation.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
  • Maintains a high level of professionalism, integrity, trust, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets
