Step Up Family Services is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Experience within similar service lines we offer a plus! This position requires an individual who is highly organized, self-sufficient, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
• Maintain employee records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
• Provide information to employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including orientations and training.
• Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Signing bonus

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
