Forefront Healthcare is hiring a Temporary Human Resources Assistant who can support Forefont's HR department for the next 60 days. This position will perform HR administrative duties such as offer letters, background checks and all other related Hr tasks to keep the hiring process/onboarding process moving.
This position requires attention to detail and ensures the maintenance of the integrity and confidentiality of all staff information, including electronic, hard copy and filing systems.
- Process offer letters
- Conducts background checks for all staff.
- Checks and/or compares documents, forms, applications, or other materials for Human Resource function and divisional accuracy, completeness, grammar, and format.
- Helps maintain organizational charts and related human resource function directories.
- Assists with planning and execution
Proven ability to exhibit professionalism and ability to develop and maintain positive relations with people.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff, customers and the general public. (Must display patience, compassion, and helpfulness at all times.)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues. Detail oriented and strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability for problem-solving and working in collaboration with a variety of staff and management.
- Mental ability to handle pressures related to dealing with confidential and/or highly sensitive issues and completing tasks and assignments in a dynamic work environment under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, ACCESS, and Visio). ** expereince in Smart Recruiters ATS a PLUS!
- Willingness and motivated to take on additional responsibilities.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Adheres to corporate code of conduct & professional ethics.

This position will assist the HR department and report to the VP of Human Resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
