We are adding to our team!
Our company is seeking a Human Resources PRO to join our team. The candidate will have experience in all areas of HR including experience with legal, labor commissioner, etc.
The Human Resources Specialist will assist in implementing, company policies, employee relations, compliance with state and federal regulations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and competitive benefit plan that is effective the 1st following you first day on the job.
Responsibilities:
- Come up with strategies to improve human resources performance.
- Review existing programs and recommend changes.
- Review changes in federal employment laws and recommend changes to management.
- Work with outside vendors to offer training programs.
- Review employee evaluations.
- Monitor employee results and performance evaluation management
- Frequent travel to other branch locations.
- Expert file management & compliance

This position will be based out of Sacramento California. This is not a remote position.

Our company started out of a small one room office in 2015 expanding to several branch offices in Northern & Central California, offering Supportive Living Services, Independent Living Services, Mental Health, Behavioral Health and Day Programs to the intellectually disabled community.
