Gochnauer Air conditioning & Heating is hiring for full time, year round residential HVAC Installers

HVAC installers & apprentices with residential experience are needed for our installation department. In business since 1999 we are the largest residential HVAC contractor in the area. We are a Carrier factory authorized dealer/ Trane dealer. We pay a very competitive hourly rate along with a preformance bonus for every install. Applicants must be capable of installing air conditioners, gas furnaces, air handlers and heat pumps. EPA certification preferred . Of course, your N.A.T.E certification is a plus. Valid driver’s license required.

Ideal candidates must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast paced environment. Previous experience with a variety of HVAC equipment, including water source equipment, a plus. Additional skills required include strong communication skills both verbal and written, analytical/critical thinking skills, strong computer/mobile device skills a plus, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with all levels of the organization and customers, strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
