Job description

We are currently hiring experienced HVAC installer/supervisor. We are looking for a person who can not only install duct and equipment, but read plans, measure fittings, make lists for materials, and direct helpers and apprentice installers.

We do mostly new construction multifamily and single family, along with some light commercial. We have a number of jobs and crews around Dane county. Most of our jobs are outside of Madison. We do some change outs for residential, and the occasional boiler, or RTU.

Pay for this position is very much dependent on performance and experience. Company vehicle available to a qualified candidate with a clean driving record. Some overtime may be required occasionally, and overtime is normally available if you wish to make extra money.

Hand tools, and basic power tools are required. Large power tools and equipment provided by the company.

Showing up late, or missing days without a good excuse, drinking or drugs on the job are grounds for intimidate dismissal. Come with a good attitude, and a good work ethic.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
