Join our team as an Experienced HVAC Installer and a possible sign-on bonus. We are looking to fill a field leadership position.
If you have experience in running smaller commercial and or multi-family/apartment-style projects and running a small crew this position could be for you.
Custom Aire’s mechanical construction team is looking for a quality craftsman as HVAC - Journeyman/Foreman Sheet Metal Installers. Our team takes pride in building long-term solutions for comfort, customer satisfaction, and energy efficiencies. Success will come from your ability to work to the smallest detail while providing high-quality HVAC systems on time and within budget.

What You Will Do:
- Assemble and install commercial HVAC systems.
- Read and understand blueprints, addendums, design specifications, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate installation of the HVAC systems with builders and other trades,
- Set rooftop and/or condensing units, crane rigging, and signaling.
- Measure and order custom ductwork from the fabrication shop.
- Adhere to and monitor all construction site safety procedures.
- Lead and mentor-apprentice sheet metal workers to assist them in their growth in the trade.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 plus years - Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal installation experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- City Mechanical License or the ability to obtain a city mechanical license.
