HVAC MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS

As a maintenance/service technician, you go into the homes of our customers to perform top-notch maintenance on their systems. While there, you communicate with professionalism and provide friendly customer service. Sharing information with customers about products to upgrade systems and home efficiency is another part of your job description while out in the field. Some of your other daily tasks include filling out invoices, maintaining proper truck stock, and performing all steps of cleaning and checks as outlined in the employee manual. You find fulfillment in your job because you work hard and can see that you make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

• Certificate from a technical school for heating and cooling training or have experience working in the industry
• Able to pass a technical and psychological exam
• Willing to continue education through ongoing training
