We are looking for a lead or apprentice residential (& light commercial would be beneficial) HVAC installer. Our workload can accommodate 2-3 new hires. Primary attributes of this person would be:

- Positive Attitude

- Ability to Install a job complete from beginning to end

- Ability to maintain a vehicle stock list

- Ability to work well in a group or as part of a team

- Great customer service skills

- Ability to help others

- Willingness to adapt to different types of installation jobs

Technical Requirements:

- 2+ years in hvac field

- Trade school is a bonus, but not a requirement

- Valid drivers license

- Basic troubleshooting skills

- Strong technical aptitude

- EPA Certification

General Information:

We are hiring for a potential long term position. We are typically very busy throughout the year. The work will be completed primarily in a residential setting, but we will have opportunities to work within a commercial setting as well. While we are looking for individuals who can step into a lead installer position or apprentice, we also offer regular continued education for all employees. This may involve things such as reviewing general practices of hvac installation, factory training on new equipment, troubleshooting & equipment setup, safety training, operation of equipment, but in general, we try to offer continuing education to hold our installation department to very high standards of quality & technical aptitude.
