HVAC & Electrical Technician Job Description, Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist with removing and installing HVAC systems.

- Understand local and State HVAC codes

- Running pipes and duct systems through residential and commercial facilities

- Able to Read and write wiring diagrams

- Understand technical data such as temperature and pressure charts.

- Understand blueprint for residential and commercial establishments

- Understand refrigeration cycles and all the parts and know functions

- Able to Troubleshoot, diagnose HVAC and electrical issues

- Participate in inventory of supplies, ordering and maintaining equipment
- Carry out mechanical and electrical inspection and maintenance on equipment bringing systems to optimal performance
- Perform oiling, belt adjustment, cleaning of equipment, greasing, and other specific preventive maintenance work
- Determine service requirements by applying technical skills and experience, including system operations and preventive maintenance experience
- Performs routine maintenance

- Able to communicate to clients and customer on repairs and/or install work

- Demonstrates professionalism with client and customers.

- Trained to replace bearings and seals on centrifugal pumps, change bearings on fan systems, motors, and pumps shafts.

- Trained to service, install, repair, and replace refrigeration systems including split systems, packaged units etc.

- Understand the importance of time management, self-care, and prioritizing work orders and daily tasklist

- and other duties assigned

Required Documentation: Current Driver license, EPA card, Social Security card, HVAC certification and/or technical training experience with three references and own transportation needed

Salary based on Experience: $$15.00-$25.00 an hour/weekly pay based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
