Aerotek is currently hiring commercial HVAC Technicians in Pinellas Park, FL!

Job Description:

• Performs operations, repairs, and maintenance of all HVAC equipment and any systems that deal with heating ventilation and air conditioning to include the following critical systems: chillers, air handling units, cooling towers, heat exchanges, pumps, valves, and VAV boxes and other mechanical HVAC systems.
• Respond to a wide range of mechanical and electrical problems and troubleshoot and repair, solid experience with laser alignment is also strongly desired.
• Performs predictive, planned, preventative and reactive maintenance as well as conducting equipment rounds and service requests as directed. Performs maintenance in accordance with the CMMS plans.
• Works to improve the preventative maintenance program.
• Ability to perform visual and operational inspection of associated equipment and interprets specifications, blueprints and job standards to perform assigned duties.
• Provide general labor services throughout all areas maintained by the Facilities department including cleaning and organization of designated work areas.
