Full Job Description

We want you in our team...You are the best residential HVAC service tech around! We service Elk Grove and Sacramento areas, and you will visit our clients and deliver extraordinary service. You will educate the client on what is going on with their system. You will let them know what can be done to keep it working in top shape and get it up and running again. You will be fixing things. You will be letting clients buy from you. You may be helping on installations from time to time. You will be working in the heat and cold. You will be making people happy. You will work late sometimes. You will be getting paid well.

You Have for Us:

· An understanding of how air conditioning systems work and how they affect comfort.

· Knowledge of high efficiency air conditioning systems and how to troubleshoot and repair them.

· An understanding of air delivery systems and how to troubleshoot and repair them.

· The ability to explain how performance accessories like surge protection, start assists, air quality products, etc. will benefit homeowners such that they understand and sometimes buy them from you.

· A desire to serve.

· A drive to always be open to change and improvement.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
